倾斜煤层下行开采沿空掘巷煤柱尺寸研究

Study on the Size of the Coal Pillar in the Inclined Coal Seam Downward Mining

摘要: 针对倾斜煤层下行开采沿空掘巷煤柱尺寸选择问题,文章以任楼煤矿7259风巷为背景,运用数值模拟的方法模拟了煤柱尺寸从3m到10m时巷道围岩的应力场、位移场。研究结果表明:5m煤柱宽度垂直应力及其峰值已变得稳定,煤柱中存在一定宽度的弹性核,能承受回采引起的支承压力对巷道影响。此时,沿空帮水平方向位移量及其峰值急剧减小,煤柱中部水平方向位移量变化较慢,煤柱的稳定性好。最终,确定合理的煤柱尺寸为5m。然后,用理论分析的方法计算了煤柱尺寸,两种方法确定煤柱尺寸结果相差不大。将研究成果用于现场实践,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,巷道维护效果良好。

Abstract: Abstract: According to the inclined coal seam downward mining goaf digging roadway coal pillar size selection problem, this paper takes the responsibility of building coal 7259 airway as the background, using numerical simulation method to simulate the size of coal pillar from 3m to 10m roadway surrounding rock stress field and displacement field. The research results show that: 5m coal pillar width vertical force and peak has become stable, coal pillar exists some of the width of the elastic core, can bear induced by coal mining of abutment pressure of roadway influence. At this point, the displacement of the horizontal direction and the peak value of the horizontal displacement of the coal pillar is decreased, and the displacement of the middle level of the coal pillar is slower. The final determination of reasonable coal pillar size is 5m. Then, the size of coal pillar is calculated by theoretical analysis. The results of the two methods are quite different. The research results are used in the field practice, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is effective, and the maintenance effect is good.
